Crash and it's ideology
The article "Crash" is written by Robert Jensen, a professor at the University of Texas, and Robert Wositzer, a film associate producer of the forthcoming documentary on pornography "The Price of Pleasure." They claims that the film "Crash" ideology revolvse around the notion of White supremacy. This article appeared online at Znet.com, which is a website about daily commentaries. Both Jensen and Wositizer agreed that the film is good and it's not a racist film. "Crash is white supremacist because it minimizes the reality of white supremacy. Its faux humanism and simplistic message of tolerance directs attention away from a white-supremacist system and undermines white accountability for the maintenance of that system." Jensen and Wositzer is reffering to the way the film puts all the violence towards minorities, and the good; as the white people are neglected and get the easy way out of guilt and fraud. Throughout the movie the whites gets hurt the least and is positioned in the most comfortable situations during the whole film.
